After sunset, we will load up the moving truck with all the equipment, tools, and supplies we brought to the feast in order to have it ready in the morning. This will be recording equipment, kitchen utensils, children's class supplies, the meeting tent, and various other items that had been packed on in Irving.
The more people who assist in this effort, the faster and more productive this will be. It will ensure that there will be nothing left behind when we vacate in the morning.
Please help in cleaning the kitchen, dining area, the meeting hall, and combined youth class areas and check over them twice to double check that nothing has been forgotten in this repacking time.
